Unless a page or asset states otherwise, the Quant Interviews Book text, original book figures and distributed chapter PDFs are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
In practical terms, the license permits sharing the unmodified material for non-commercial purposes with appropriate credit and a license link. It does not permit distribution of adaptations or commercial use without separate permission. The Creative Commons legal code is authoritative.

Code license.
The public implementation code in github.com/jpolec/quant-interviews is available under the MIT License, subject to the repository’s LICENSE file. The MIT License permits use, copying, modification, distribution, sublicensing and sale of the software, provided its copyright and permission notice are included.
The repository license file is authoritative for code. Creative Commons licenses are not being applied to the software.
What is not included.
QuantJourney names, logos, trade dress, product marks, the authorized printed edition and third-party material are not granted under the book or code license unless expressly stated. A license also does not grant patent, privacy, publicity or other rights beyond its terms.
Commercial, adapted or print use.
For commercial reuse of book content, distribution of an adapted edition, translation, course licensing or print rights beyond the public license, request separate written permission from [email protected]. Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing.
No warranty.
Both the Creative Commons license and MIT License include important warranty and liability provisions. The book and code may contain errors and are provided without a promise that they are complete, correct or suitable for a particular use. Review the full license texts before reuse.
